I spent $50 on TaxCut software today and after wrestling with it all day (our taxes are a bit complex) I get everything all done and the damned thing wouldn't print! I had to transfer the whole thing by hand to forms I downloaded off the Internet from the IRS and State (which were in nice simple pdfs which print JUST FINE).
Oh well. At least I didn't have to do the math.

I'm fussing with taxes as well... I use TurboTax's online version, and it does a pretty good job of talking me through all the deductions we can take as we're self-employed and work from home. Still, it's such a pain to gather all the receipts, and even more of a pain to know that when all is said and done, we'll owe money. Blech.
I'm not completely finished the tax return, but figure I'll get it done tomorrow while the kittens are away being spayed and neutered. When they're home, they try to sabotage any project which involves stacks of paper.
