The inside cats all rushed to stare out into the dark when cat yowls erupted outside. I rushed to the door in time to see Nick (the indoor/outdoor cat) chasing a medium-furred gray and white (black and white?) cat out of our yard into the gorge.
I'd thought there were more tracks around than Nick could make. I guess it's time to put a trap box out near the barn, start feeding, and catch this one, too.
Part of me gets so pissed that Nick has to fight other cats. The other half realizes that if it wasn't for the "Nick Alert" I might never know these poor cats have been dumped here.
