But remember this...
....and remember that Americans in Haiti were forced to leave their two dachshunds behind when evacuated by the military. Luckily animal response teams reunited them. Apparently we have not yet learned this smallest of lessons.
Let us toast the human resilience of New Orleans, and light a candle of hope that the Haiti may experience a miracle as well. I think it will take more than a football championship to symbolize resurrection for Haiti.
