Hi, I'm a member of one of the Yahoo Bengal Cat Groups and there have been quite a lot of emails posted from some of the cat breeders about the plight of the cats as a result of the fires in Southern California. On one occasion a neighbor (not a breeder) of a breeder had to leave his cats behind.
I am sure that despite the best efforts of all concerned cats have lost their lives in these fires.
