Cat shelter for those with a checkbook

Ain't this pretty?. $200 for the largest model. They should stick a second door on the other side, and sell a painted model as a cat shelter for those folks who want their outdoor cat or back porch feral to have a snug place to live.

We bought something just like this (and used it as a litterbox cabinet), but one of our male cats insists on peeing over the side of the litterbox. It wasn't practical for me to be cleaning up pee from a wooden box every day, so we gave the box away to a friend. I really loved it, though.

I would be unlikely to use it for a litter box, either. I'd use it for a cat hidey in the house (if it had two doors) or a cat toy box, or an outdoor porch seat/cat shelter (if it were painted). I want my cat boxes on vinyl flooring, so I can just sweep and mop.
