I think that there are cats who are feral by birth, but who are really meant to be pets--I guess you know that, but our formerly feral Snickerdoodle convinced me of that!
I'm with Joanna, some are born feral but meant to be loved by people. My Sadie is proof of that, even the kittens she had under a bush were meant to be housecats.
He looks a bit like our Pepe. :)
