We were just sitting in the living room gabbing about what we should do today, when Mark mentioned that Martha and Hilary were going to "something for Cayuga Dog Rescue at the Museum of the Earth."
Whoa! Sounds like a plan! He said "check out their webpage" (which means, in Mark-speak, that he actually would consider going, rather than it being just something he said in passing). So up I went, and you could even order tickets on line!
If anyone else is into a last minute sign-up then go here and we'll see you there! I don't know about walk-ins but you know? It's a fundraiser. They probably won't turn you away if you decide to show up at the last minute. Tickets are $20.
Post Note: Susan from Cayuga Dog Rescue just emailed and said tickets ARE available at the door and "that's the best way to go right now." So please, if you are in the Ithaca area and usually go out for dinner once on the weekend, give that up and go to the CDR event instead! We'll see you there.
(Grown-up entertainment. I am SO looking forward to this).

Great! Given how many friends I've run into at Cornerstone Vet Hosp. who are fostering for CDR, this should be fun!
